  • BNR Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd. (formerly B.Nadamuni Reddy & Sons), part of BNR Group, has construction operations across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (UT). The Company has completed projects in several southern states of India. BNR has predominantly been focusing on Building projects since 1971. The Company has completed wide range of building projects. The Company has significant presence build its presence in the other sectors of Infrastructure. Quality, Integrity and Customer Satisfaction have been cornerstones of its success from the times of its founding fathers. The Company has been pacing its growth keeping these principles in mind.
    Mr Charan is a dedicated professional with a strong academic and professional background in the field of Construction and real estate. He pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University. With a keen interest in the convergence of business and technology, Charan began his career at Hewlett-Packard and later did a stint with Deloitte Management Consulting.

    Subsequently, He joined the family construction business (BNR Infrastructure Projects Pvt. Ltd) as executive team member to lead its growth and diversification efforts. He was instrumental in envisioning BNR Estates a subsidiary of BNRIPL, venturing into Property Development, Property Management, Leasing and Real Estate Consulting. Since then, BNR Estates has diversified the portfolio in rental real estate, more specifically into commercial office space leasing, PPP project and retail commercial real estate. Mr Charan is also on the board of a large renewable energy company. Some of the milestone developments by BNR Estates are:

    1. Kathipara Urban Square – Development of public space into an open entertainment center with leading brands such as Starbucks, KFC, Junior Kuppanna etc.
    2. SV Mall – 1.8 Lakh sqft mall at Tirupati.
    3. Ekkaduthangal – Grade A office space developed under PPP model.

    Projects in pipeline are
    1. Development of IT/ITES Grade A/A+ office space in Coimbatore with 12 Lakhs sqft.
    2. Development of a commercial Mall at Madhavaram, Chennai and Nolambur, Chennai
