Shopping Centres / Highstreet under construction/ yet to be launched with differential/unique positioning, location, zoning, design/architecture, customer experience features and propositions for prospective tenants.
Jury may decide to felicitate outstanding projects under construction considering all parameters and for excellence under one or more parameters.
A shopping centre that has been previously acknowledged by ISCA in this category is not eligible for nomination again.
Nomination processing fee for Upcoming Mall's Presentation is Rs. 50,000+ tax per nomination.

Group malls often feature shared facilities and amenities, such as parking lots, common areas, food courts, entertainment zones, and other shared services. They may also include additional components like residential spaces, office buildings, hotels, or entertainment venues within the same development.
