Bimal Sharma is the Head of Retail & Alternatives at CBRE, with extensive experience in retail real estate, leasing, and strategic advisory. He specializes in helping retailers, developers, investors, and occupiers navigate evolving market dynamics and unlock growth opportunities across traditional and emerging retail formats.
At CBRE, he leads the Retail & Alternatives practice, focusing on retail leasing, experiential and mixed-use developments, and emerging asset categories, while fostering strategic partnerships and supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

Mukesh Kumar has nearly three decades of extensive experience in the retail and hospitality industries, having spent almost two decades with K Raheja Realty. He leads the operations, leasing and marketing of Infiniti Malls, Andheri and Malad—two of the company’s flagship properties. Shibu Philips is a seasoned retail and mall management professional with over 25 years of experience in launching international quick service restaurants and world-class shopping destinations in India. An alumnus of IIM Kashipur and a graduate of Mumbai University, he has been a pioneering force in transforming the country’s retail landscape since the early 2000s.
He has played a pivotal role in the launch and success of some of India’s most prominent shopping malls, including Inorbit Mall (Malad, Mumbai), Oberoi Mall (Mumbai), and Lulu Mall (Kochi). A Level 3 Certified Shopping Centre Manager from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he has also received global recognition from the body at the Maxi Awards in 2007 and 2014.
Currently serving as Director – Shopping Malls at Lulu Group India, he is leading the development and operations of an ambitious pipeline of new malls nationwide.
Sumit Ghildiyal is an industry veteran and seasoned business development leader with over 25 years of experience across retail, F&B hospitality, and telecom.
