Abhishek Raj is the Chief Operating Officer for Sports and Leisure Apparel Limited – Lacoste Licensee in India. As an integral team member, he has been instrumental in Lacoste’s growth journey in India from the last 17 years. In his 20 years of corporate journey, Abhishek has worked around most stimulating areas of modern retail, starting from Apparel Production, Merchandising & Buying, Retail Planning, Visual Merchandising, Project Management, New Business Development, Retail Operations, Travel Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, Marketing, T&D and Supply Chain Management. Abhishek has completed his Post Graduation in ‘Garment Manufacturing Technology’ from NIIFT and has also accomplished his Chief Operating Officer Programme from prestigious Indian Institute of Lucknow.
Arjun is a qualified Chartered Accountant(CA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is the Director of Ambience Malls (Gurgaon, Haryana and Vasant Kunj, New Delhi) and heads marketing & operations of the malls. His involvement in the group has added a new dimension to the organisation’s retail real estate business and opened new vistas for further expansion. His rich retail experience has strengthened the group to spread its wings across Delhi/NCR. Arjun has outlined the measures Ambience malls have taken to ensure secure retail environments for shoppers and employees alike.
Arvind Mayar is a seasoned business leader with overall 44 years of cross-industry experience spanning Profit Centre Management, Retail Operations, Sales & Marketing, Channel Development, Product Management, and Business Transformation. He is an Engineering (IIT) graduate with an MBA from IIM.
As the CEO of Secure Parking Solutions (P) Ltd, he is responsible for steering the company’s strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and accelerating growth across key markets, including in real estate construction and development of commercial and residential complexes and parking management. years’ experience. Ashish Gupta is a seasoned retail real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in retail leasing, business development, and commercial asset management. As Vice President – Business Development & Leasing at Pacific Group, he leads the leasing strategy for key retail destinations, including Pacific Tagore Garden, Mall of Dehradun, Pacific Dehradun, and Pacific D21, Dwarka.
Ashish has a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic leasing initiatives, optimising occupancy levels, and developing annual business plans that align with organisational objectives. Ashish is also recognised for building and nurturing strong relationships with retailers, IPCs, consultants, and brokerage partners, enabling successful leasing outcomes and long-term business growth. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with prominent organisations such as Ambience Malls, Brigade Group (Orion Malls), DLF Malls, Gumberg, and Elan. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Management from BIMTECH, Greater Noida, and a Bachelor of Engineering from ITM, Gurgaon.
Bimal Sharma is the Head of Retail & Alternatives at CBRE, with extensive experience in retail real estate, leasing, and strategic advisory. He specializes in helping retailers, developers, investors, and occupiers navigate evolving market dynamics and unlock growth opportunities across traditional and emerging retail formats.
At CBRE, he leads the Retail & Alternatives practice, focusing on retail leasing, experiential and mixed-use developments, and emerging asset categories, while fostering strategic partnerships and supporting clients in achieving sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
